ご本尊　薬師如来

ご利益　病気平癒

ご真言　おん ころころ せんだり まとうぎ そわか

ご詠歌　なむ薬師 諸病なかれと願いつつ 詣れる人は 大窪の寺

結願の寺

四国霊場最後の寺。打ち終えた遍路は、感謝の勤行をすませ、杖や笠を納めてゆく。また、女性の入山を許しているため、女人高野と言われている。

The temple for expiration of term of a vow

This is the last temple of Shikoku hallowed ground. The Buddhist liturgy is performed for the pilgrims who completed the journey and the stick and the hat will be dedicated here.

本尊

秘仏の薬師如来は薬壺のかわりにほら貝を持っている。このほら貝ですべての厄難諸病をふきはらうといわれる。

The principal image

Bhaisajyaguru/Yakushinyorai here rarely show to the public has a conch shell instead of a crock of medicine. It is said that this conch shell will cast off all the evils and diseases.

宝杖堂

宝杖堂では、結願した遍路が金剛杖を奉納する。大護摩により供養される。

Hojodo

Kongo sticks of the pilgrims who has expired the term of a vow are dedicated here.　

Goma will be held for these.
