84 Nanmenzan Senkoin Yashimaji

ご本尊　十一面千手観音菩薩

ご詠歌　あづき弓 屋島の宮に詣でつつ 祈りをかけて 勇もののふ

蓑山大明神

アニメ映画「平成狸合戦ぽんぽこ」で有名な、佐渡の三郎狸、淡路の芝衛狸と、日本三大タヌキの１つ「太三郎狸」をまつる。

家庭円満、縁結び、水商売にご利益がある。狸太三郎は、鑑真を道案内したと伝えられている。

Minoyamadaimyojin
The Danzaburo-danuki of Sado, Shibaemon-tanuki of Awaji, and Tasaburo-danuki known as one of the Japanese greatest big tanuki which are famous for the animated film Pom Pokoare are enshrined. There are divine favors for the happiness of families, marriage tie, and water trade.
It is said that Tasaburo-danuki is known as a guide of Ganjin.

血の池

屋島寺に隣接する瑠璃宝池は、源平合戦の折に、兵士たちが使った血を洗ったため、真っ赤に染まった。

Blood pond
The soldiers during the Gempei battle washed their bodies with blood at Ruridakara pond which is adjacent to Yashimaji, and the pond turned all red.

宝物館

秘法や、源平合戦の遺品が収蔵されている。

Treasure hall
Hidden treasures and mementos at the time of Gempei battle is in storage.
