80 Hakugyuzan Senjuin Kokubunji

ご本尊　千手観世音菩薩

ご利益　五穀豊穣 政教一致 商売繁盛、良縁

ご真言　おん ばさら たらま きりく

ご詠歌　国を分け 野山をしのぎ寺々に まいれる人を 助けましませ

毘沙門堂

多聞天の別名で知られる毘沙門天が祀られている。財福を授け、北方の守護神となる。

良縁結び

十縁結びの神様をまつっており、絵馬を奉納する。

霊場の本尊の石像が祀られており、巡礼したことと同じ御利益が得られると言われている。

四国最古の梵鐘

当時の藩主が、この鐘を高松城の鐘にしようと、城へ運んだ。しかし、音はならず、城下では悪病が流行し、自身も病に倒れた 。毎晩、藩主の枕もとに鐘が現れ「国分寺で帰りたい」「いのう、いのう」と泣いたため、国分寺へ鐘を返すことにした。鐘はもとの国分寺に戻ると、疫病はおさまり、鐘の音はもとどおりに鳴り響いた。

The oldest temple bell in Shikoku
A domain head at one time ordered to carry this bell to Takamatsu castle to use this there. However, no sound was heard, epidemic spread, and the domain head also fell into poor health. The bell appeared by the head’s pillow every night, and the bell cried and said “I want to be buried in Kokubunji afterlife” and “I want to go home.” Thus, it was returned to Kokubunji. Once the bell returned there the epidemic was eradicated and the bell sound pealed out.
