犬塚池

栄福寺と仙遊寺の住職が両寺を兼務していた時に、愛犬が両寺の使いをしていた。

あるとき愛犬へ合図の鐘を同時に両寺が鳴らしてしまったため、愛犬は迷って、この地でなくなってしまった。

現在もその池のほとりには犬を供養する塚がある。

 

Inuzuka Pond
When the chief priest of Eifukuji was a chief priest of Senyuji as well, his dog came and went to both temples.
At one time, the dog got lost because the bell in both temples were rang at the same time. In the end, He passed away at this place.
There still is a tumulus for this dog to hold a mass by the pond.

弘法大師加持水

弘法大師が鍚杖で地面をつくと湧き出たといわれる、病気平癒に霊験がある加持水。
