第35番札所 醫王山 鏡池院 清瀧寺

The 35th Iozan Kyochiin Kiyotakiji

ご本尊　薬師如来

ご利益　厄除け、五穀豊穣 政教一致 商売繁盛

ご真言　おん ころころ せんだり まとうぎ そわか

ご詠歌　澄む水を 汲めば心の清滝寺 波の花散る 岩の羽衣

弘法大師が五穀豊穣を祈り修行し、満願日に金剛杖を打つと清い瀧のような水が湧き出したため、醫王山と号した。境内には入らずの山があり、平城天皇の第三皇子真如上人の逆修塔だとされている。

When Kukai finished training for rich harvest, he poked the soil with his stick. Pure water like waterfall gashed out.

逆修塔

弘法大師の十大弟子の真如の逆修塔がたっている。逆修の塔とは、生前に立てられる墓のこと。真如は、密教を極めるために中国に渡り、インド、ラオスへ旅に出た。

One of the disciples of Kukai was Shinyo who made the tower. This tower is his tomb which built before decease. He went to china , India, and Lao to study Buddhism.
