第15番札所 薬王山 金色院 国分寺

The 15th Yakuozan Konjikiin Kokubunji

ご本尊　薬師如来

ご利益　五穀豊穣、政教一致、商売繁盛、眼病

ご真言　おん ころころ せんだり まとうぎ そわか

ご詠歌　薄く濃く わけわけ色を染めぬれば 流転生死の 秋のもみじ葉

護国之寺

天皇の詔勅によって諸国に奈良時代に造営された国分寺のひとつ。創建当時は、二町四方の寺域に金堂を中心に七重塔、金堂、講堂、南大門など大伽藍が立ち並んでいた。

One of the Kokubunji tempe that Tenno Empror forced to build in Nara period. At that time, Kondo was centrally located, and surrounded by pagoda, kondo, and Nandaimon.

国分寺の庭園（国の名勝）

拝観時間は午前9時〜午後4時半。

拝観料は300円。

納経所が受付になっている。

五烏瑟沙摩明王（うすさまみょうおう）

明王堂では、烏瑟沙摩明王がまつられている。

烏瑟沙摩明王の功徳は、怨霊や悪魔の出入口と考えられていた便所を清浄な場所に変えることが有名である。

不浄を取り除くことから、便所にまつられる。

Ususama Myoou

Ususama Myoou is enshrined in Myooudou. It can change bathroom where used to think entrance of evil, to purified place. Because of elimination, it usually enshrined in bathroom.
